The VP Sales asks why acceptance rates dropped from 38% to 14%. Nobody has an answer.

It is Monday morning. The VP Sales pulls up the HeyReach dashboard and sees the VP Engineering campaign sitting at 14% acceptance, down from 38% two months ago. She asks the SDR team what changed. Nobody knows. The messages are the same ones they wrote in January. The persona targeting has not been reviewed since launch. Three other campaigns are below 5% reply rate, but nobody noticed because the team tracks volume, not conversion.

The data to fix every one of these campaigns already exists inside HeyReach. Per-message acceptance rates, reply rates by opener type, persona-level performance. But exporting the numbers, comparing across 6 campaigns, identifying why pain-first openers outperform credential-first openers by 3x, and rewriting the underperformers takes a full day that no SDR has. So the sequences keep running unchanged while 400 prospects per week get messages that stopped working two months ago.

How ZeroTwo improves your LinkedIn outreach every week

1

Pulls campaign performance from the past week

LinkedIn

Performance from 6 active campaigns. VP Engineering campaign: 38% acceptance, 12% reply rate. Head of Product campaign: 14% acceptance, 2% reply rate. 2 campaigns have reply rates below 5%.

2

Enriches new connections with profile data

LinkedIn

Profile data for 47 new connections this week: Sarah Chen (VP Eng, Vanta, 350 employees), Marcus Rivera (Head of Product, Ramp, Series C), 29 others matching ICP. 16 outside target segments (9 wrong seniority, 7 wrong industry).

3

Identifies patterns and rewrites underperforming campaigns

Google

Pattern found: messages leading with a specific pain point ('your team spends 6 hours a week on...') convert 3x better than credential-first openers. 2 underperforming campaigns rewritten using the pain-first structure. Head of Product campaign flagged for persona review -- 34% of connections outside ICP.

4

Syncs ICP-matched connections as new leads

Salesforce

31 ICP-matched connections synced as new leads. Sarah Chen (Vanta) tagged as high-priority based on company size and funding stage. Each lead includes LinkedIn headline, company data, campaign source, and the message that converted them.

Frequently asked questions

No. Campaign messages are rewritten and updated in HeyReach, but connection requests and messages are not sent on your behalf. HeyReach handles sending on its normal schedule. You can review rewritten messages in HeyReach before they go out.

Campaigns with reply rates below your threshold (default: 5%) are flagged. Underperforming messages are compared against top performers to identify structural differences: opener type, CTA style, personalization depth, message length. Rewrites follow the patterns actually working in your data.

Messaging problems and targeting problems are distinguished. If a campaign has low acceptance but accepted connections have a strong reply rate, the issue is targeting. These are flagged for persona review rather than message rewriting.

Only existing campaigns in HeyReach are modified. No new campaigns or prospects are added to sequences. If a persona gap is identified (for example, a segment with no active campaign), the recommendation is flagged but campaign creation is left to your team.

Each new connection is scored against your ICP criteria: industry, company size, seniority level, job function, and geography. Above-threshold connections sync to Salesforce. Below-threshold ones are flagged but not synced.

Campaigns need at least 50 outbound messages to generate reliable performance patterns. Below that threshold, the campaign is tracked but not rewritten. Once a campaign crosses 50 messages and has a measurable reply rate trend, it becomes eligible for analysis and rewriting.
