Ambition, delivered.

People are not short on ambition. They are short on execution capacity. ZeroTwo is the AI agent that plans, acts, and delivers — give it a meaningful goal and the context it is allowed to use, and get back finished work.

What we are building

One coherent path from a goal to a deliverable.

Traditional software gives you tools and still expects you to do the work. Chat assistants give you an answer and leave you the last mile. ZeroTwo carries the assignment across the files, apps, tools, and web resources it involves — and stops where your judgment belongs.

01

The goal

You describe a meaningful outcome and hand over the files, apps, and sources ZeroTwo is allowed to use.

02

The plan

ZeroTwo scopes what done looks like and shows the plan before it starts spending on the work.

03

The work

It researches, analyzes, writes, builds, and checks across the tools involved — pausing for approval where an action carries consequence.

04

The deliverable

You get an artifact: a brief, deck, report, spreadsheet, analysis, or application, with its sources attached and ready for review.

What the product promises

Three promises, because a serious buyer asks three questions.

01

Reliable execution

Work that keeps moving, and tells the truth when it does not. Planned, running, blocked, failed, and awaiting review are different states, and ZeroTwo shows you which one you are in.

Answers: will it keep the work moving?

02

Affordable capacity

Priced so that real work and real iteration are affordable, not rationed. Model and tool choice is matched to the consequence of the task rather than to the biggest available bill.

Answers: can I afford to use this for real work?

03

Polished deliverables

Output designed to be structurally complete, coherent, and formatted for the context it lands in — ready for responsible review rather than a rebuild.

Answers: will I get back something worth using?

How we operate

The tests a decision has to pass before it ships.

These are working rules rather than values on a wall. When a feature, a price, or a claim fails one of them, it does not go out.

  1. 01Finish the work that matters

A stopped agent is not a completed task, and a generated file is not a usable deliverable. We optimize for accepted outcomes, not impressive intermediate activity.

  2. 02Tell the truth about progress

A truthful failure beats a false success. We show what happened and what remains, and we treat recovery and resumption as ordinary product behavior.

  3. 03Preserve the work through change

Goals, context, files, decisions, and artifacts stay durable across model churn and interrupted sessions. Nobody should have to reconstruct a project to continue it.

  4. 04Spend intelligence responsibly

Not the cheapest call, and not the most expensive model — the responsible cost for accepted work. Failures, retries, and cleanup count as cost too.

  5. 05Make quality observable

Polish has to be backed by criteria, checks, and provenance. We define done before the work begins and keep human judgment where consequence or taste requires it.

  6. 06Respect consequence

Autonomy increases only when permissions, reversibility, and controls support it. We ask before consequential external actions, and we do not market replacement fantasies the product cannot safely support.

Who we build for

Capacity-constrained people doing work that has to be right.

High ambition, limited bandwidth, unwilling to compromise on quality. They measure value in completed projects and usable artifacts, not in messages sent.

  • Consultants, analysts, and boutique strategy or research firms producing recurring client work
  • Agency and fractional operators accountable for delivery capacity, quality, and margin
  • Founders and small-business operators carrying more initiatives than headcount
  • Marketers, researchers, and product builders whose output is an artifact, not a message
  • Lean teams that cannot add a person for every new commitment

What ZeroTwo is not

The boundaries we hold on purpose.

A promise is only worth something if it excludes things. These are the positions we have decided not to take, and they are as much a part of the product as the roadmap.

  • A model catalog or a chat wrapper
  • A generic automation platform
  • A fully autonomous employee replacement
  • A services firm disguised as software
  • The specialist replacement for every vertical tool
  • A promise that every task finishes without review, failure, or intervention
