delete account: Delete Your ZeroTwo Account
If you'd like to permanently delete your ZeroTwo account and all associated data, follow the steps below. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — all conversations, projects, files, and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your ZeroTwo account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your ZeroTwo account at zerotwo.ai
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page
- Click the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm deletion when prompted — this step cannot be undone
Your account will be immediately deactivated and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your ZeroTwo account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profile information — Name, email, avatar, and account settings
- Conversation history — All chats with AI models including messages, attachments, and context
- Projects — All saved projects, folders, and organizational structures
- Uploaded files — Documents, images, and other files shared in conversations
- Custom prompts — Any saved prompt templates or system instructions
- Subscription data — Payment history and billing information (Stripe records may be retained separately per their privacy policy)
- Authentication credentials — Login tokens, sessions, and connected accounts
Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives before permanently deleting your account:
- Delete specific conversations — You can remove individual chats from Settings without deleting your entire account
- Request data deletion only — Keep your account but remove stored data via our Data Deletion Request page
- Downgrade to free — Cancel your Pro subscription and continue using ZeroTwo's free tier at no cost
- Export your data — Contact support through the ZeroTwo platform to request a copy of your data before deletion
