When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization, or a name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services, or you may notify us that you wish to delete your account.

A user may provide input to the Services ("Input"), and receive output from the Services based on the Input provided ("Output") (collectively, Input and Output are referred herein as "Content"). You bear full responsibility for any Input you provide, and you must ensure that it complies with all applicable laws, as well as these Terms. In particular, you must not submit Input that requests or prompts the Platform to generate Output that violates these Terms. By using the Platform, you confirm and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and any permissions related to Input used on the Platform. ZeroTwo is not responsible for Input that violates these Terms.

The Output from the Platform is generated using multiple AI models, including both open-source and proprietary large language models ("LLMs"), which may have been developed and published by individual companies or communities of developers and researchers, who contribute to the model's development and improvement. The Platform does not control, direct, or endorse the content generated by those LLMs, and is not responsible for their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. The Platform is merely a conduit for access to those LLMs, and the content generated by them is the sole responsibility of the specific LLM developers and the users who interact with them. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that ZeroTwo is not responsible or liable for the Content generated by the LLMs, and that you use such Content at your own risk.

You retain ownership rights, as permitted by applicable law and subject to any applicable rights, in your Input and Output. ZeroTwo hereby assigns any rights, title, and interest in the Output, if any, to you.

LLMs and generative artificial intelligence generally are rapidly evolving, and LLMs are not truth machines. Given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, and use of LLMs to fulfill Output requests, use of our Services may result in Output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts. You should not rely on the Output as a sole source of truth or factual information.

When you access or use our Services, you acknowledge and accept that any Output generated may be incomplete, incorrect, or unreliable. It is your sole responsibility to independently verify the accuracy, completeness, and fitness of the Output for your intended purpose. This may require human oversight prior to relying on the Output for an intended use.

Our Services may provide incomplete, incorrect, or offensive Output that does not represent ZeroTwo's views. If Output references any third party, it doesn't mean the third party endorses or is affiliated with ZeroTwo.

You are strictly prohibited from using any Output concerning a natural person in any context that could materially or legally affect that individual, including (without limitation) decisions related to creditworthiness, education, employment, housing, insurance, lending, healthcare, professional licensing, or any other matter that may seriously impact that person.

You may not rely on AI-generated Outputs for critical decisions, such as medical, legal, or financial advice, as the Services are provided for informational purposes only.

Given the inherent characteristics of our Services and artificial intelligence technology, the Output we generate is not guaranteed to be unique. Other users submitting the same or similar Input prompts may receive identical or substantially similar Output. For clarity, the rights assignment described above applies solely to your Input and the specific Output provided to you, and does not cover Output generated for other users or any Third Party Output.

Our Services may include third party software, products, or services ("Third Party Services"), and some parts of our Services may include Output from those services ("Third Party Output"). Third Party Services and Third Party Output are subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Features accessible through our Services may utilize third-party AI models, including both open-source and closed-source models. The accuracy, quality, and reliability of Output generated using these models depends on the underlying models and is subject to the limitations and capabilities of those models. We do not control third-party models and are not responsible for their performance, accuracy, or the quality of Output they produce.

In Short: You agree not to misuse our Services or help anyone else do so.

You agree to use the Services responsibly and not to:

• Input or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of others

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Services' functionality

• Use the Services to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws

• Rely on AI-generated Outputs for critical decisions, such as medical, legal, or financial advice, as the Services are provided for informational purposes only

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm the company or users of the Services

• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Services

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Services

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services

• Use the Services to upload, transmit, or distribute any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data

• Use the Services to collect or track the personal information of others

We believe you should have the flexibility to use our Services as you see fit, so long as your use does not harm yourself or others. We have established usage terms applicable to our Services to support their responsible use without stifling your control over how you use them. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services.

When using any Service, the following rules apply:

• You may not use the Platform to create content depicting or intended to depict minors (under 18) in a mature or sexualized context

• You may not repurpose or distribute Output from our Services to harm others, including but not limited to sharing Output from our Services to defraud, scam, bully, harass, defame, or promote violence or sexual crimes against anyone

• You may not use our Services to harm yourself or others, including, but not limited to, promoting suicide or self-harm, developing or using weapons, injuring others or destroying property, or engage in unauthorized activities that violate the security of any service or system

• You may not use our Services to compromise the privacy of others, or for any harmful, or abusive activity or in a way that violates anyone's natural rights

• You may not interfere with or disrupt our Services, including circumventing usage limits

Violating these rules could result in suspension or termination of your Account. We cannot foresee all abusive uses of our Services, and our policies will evolve based on identification of new abuse trends.

We reserve the right to monitor use of the Services and remove any content that violates these Terms.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZEROTWO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE) WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM ANY COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE. ZEROTWO DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF CONTENT, INCLUDING THAT CONTENT WILL BE ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR NOT LOST OR ALTERED.

YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT ANY USE OF THE OUTPUTS FROM OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK AND YOU WILL NOT RELY ON OUTPUT AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH OR FACTUAL INFORMATION. AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS GENERATED THROUGH THE PLATFORM MAY NOT ALWAYS BE ACCURATE, AND YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON THE OUTPUTS FOR CRITICAL DECISIONS OR RELY ON THE OUTPUTS AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroTwo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors ("Personnel"), will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including damages for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the prior twelve (12) months, except where prohibited by law.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ZEROTWO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR ACCOUNT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

In Short: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated refunds.

ZeroTwo operates a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing or renewing any paid plan, credit pack, token bundle, or add-on, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions on any plan, one-time purchases, upgrades, downgrades, promotional or discounted pricing, lifetime deals, and auto-renewals.

Because every prompt and generation consumes paid compute (tokens) that we are billed for by upstream AI model providers in real time, we cannot recover that cost once it has been spent on your behalf. We do not issue refunds for unused portions of a billing period, unused credits, unused tokens, or services you chose not to use.

In Short: If you have used any tokens or paid features on your account, you are not eligible for a refund.

For the purposes of these Terms, "token usage" includes, without limitation:

• Sending any message, prompt, or query to any AI model through the Services

• Generating any text, code, image, audio, video, or other output

• Running any agent, automation, workflow, tool call, or background task

• Uploading or analyzing any file, document, image, or other input

• Using any API, integration, MCP server, connector, or third-party tool that draws on AI compute

• Triggering any feature that consumes credits or tokens, whether directly or indirectly

If any of the above has occurred on your account since your purchase or renewal, your purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable. We do not pro-rate refunds based on remaining tokens or unused portions of your plan.

In Short: You are responsible for cancelling before renewal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

ZeroTwo subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not provide refunds for renewals you intended to cancel but did not cancel in time, renewals you did not notice on your billing statement, subscriptions that auto-renewed while you were not actively using the Services, or annual plans you wish to convert to monthly after purchase.

Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any past payment.

In Short: Contact us before disputing a charge. Chargebacks for legitimate charges may result in account suspension.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us at reed@zerotwo.ai before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate, authorized charge — including for tokens already consumed or a subscription you forgot to cancel — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

The only situations in which we may issue a refund are:

• Where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction

• A verifiable duplicate charge for the exact same plan on the same account on the same day, where no tokens were consumed against the duplicated charge

• A documented platform-wide outage that prevented all use of the Services for an extended and material portion of your billing period, at our sole discretion
